It has been observed that some of the students are availing frequent leaves which hamper their smooth learning. Even it has been noticed that some of the parents apply for their ward (s’) leave during SAs. We herby request you to avoid taking leave for your ward (s) until it is inevitable.
As School Annual Calendar has already handed over so please plan your programmes or visits accordingly. If there is an emergency and leave is unavoidable, please send an application with a reason mentioned in the request. If leave exceeds three days, medical certificate of the student will have to be produced. SAs will be retaken in case of medical leave only.
