Independence Day Celebration was an occasion of guandeur at The Millennium School Amritsar.The ADC of Gurdaspur Mr Rakesh Kumar was the  Chief guest for the function. The event was graced by the guest of honours Colonel Muthuraman and Mrs Sikka, (Counsellor). The Ceremony started off with the hosting of our tri-colour accompained by the National Anthem . The School Rock Band mesmerized the audience with the feelings of patriotism . A host of events like patriotic song, recitation of poem were presented by the students . The Millennium RJ’S interacted with audience regarding the meaning of freedom and independence. The Principal Mr. Mukesh Shelat honoured Kashvi Sikka of class VI with an award of The Millennium Star for her efforts in the campaign of Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan . He also urged the students to be an important part of the social activities and make India Proud of them.
