The Millennium School, Amritsar celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervors on 14 August 2018, in Hall of Inspiration with teachers and dignitaries of Rotary Club to mark the 72 year of freedom from British Rule. On the special occasion, the program started with flag hoisting by the Principal Mr. Ayan Pal. While addressing the gathering he appealed to their nationalistic spirit and urged them to take pride in being Indian and fulfilling one’s duty with responsibility. The Musical rendition of patriotic songs by the school band was a treat for all along with scintillating dance performance. The function marked its ending with the installation of Interact Club by the members of Rotary Club. The occasion was graced by Assistant Director Ashish Sharma, Rotarian Neeta Mehra and Rotarian Kamal Uppal.
