Empowered facilitators play a key role in nurturing the inherent potential of the learners. The millennium philosophy holds a lot of significance in the present scenario where each day a new challenge is experienced by teachers.
A two day teacher training workshop was organized by The Millennium School, Amritsar on the 15th and 17th December 2017. The workshop was conducted by Ms. Komal Tomar, Senior Trainer, Educomp. 
The agenda of the workshop was Millennium learning system,Lesson Planning and application of teaching strategies in the classroom. Ms. Komal in her training sessions gave an in depth knowledge about the key aspects of drafting a lesson plan. She gave useful tips and suggestions to the teachers on how to make a lesson plan effective. In her discourse, she effectively utilized the potential of the teachers by involving them in group activities and class demonstrations. One of the most significant sessions of the training was the one with the detailed demonstration on the class room strategies that was actively participated in by the teachers of the school. It was an extremely enriching and resourceful experience for all the facilitators.
The Vice Principal of the school, Ms. Shailja Tandon expressed her gratitude towards Ms. Komal Tomar for imparting such immense skills to the facilitators of Millennium. The teachers were invigorated with the training session and felt delighted to have got this opportunity.
