Millennium Summer Camp Session (2016 – 17)

Jai Millennium!

Summer vacations are here and so is The Millennium Summer Camp. Encouraged with the overwhelming response year after year; this year too the school is organizing the Summer Camp for interested students from Classes I to V from 30^th May 2016 to 10^th June 2016. (Excluding Sunday).

Bearing in mind to provide a platform to expose your child to a great learning experience and to nurture talent and uncared skills we have planned out again, a fun packed bonanza for the participants with new activities and curriculum. So let us join in and have a great fun filled learning experience.

Classes: I to V Time: 7:50 AM – 12:00 noon Fee: Rs. 1600/- (For inhouse children) and Rs. 2100/- (For outsiders).

Note:

* The School will provide the pick and drop facility. (Please Note: The pick and drop facility for long distance routes will depend upon the number of registrations from that area).

* Children will have to bring their own instruments/kits to practice.

* Children who have opted for swimming need to carry their swimming costumes, a towel, a comb, soap, swimming caps for children with long hair, extra pair of bathroom slippers, all in a labeled bag.

* Interested parents may send in the duly filled form of their ward by 21^st May 2016 and make the payment in the school office.

* There would be PEP classes daily for the already detailed students from Classes I to V from                             30^th May 2016 to 10^th June 2016 (Excluding Sunday).Kindly make sure that your ward regularly attends these sessions.

* School closes for classes DR to V from 28^th May 2016 and for classes VI to XII from                             11^th June 2016.

* PTM is scheduled on 21^st May 2016 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM for classes DR to XII.

* Classes VI – X will have their regular classes from 30^th May 2016 to 10^th June 2016. Timing for these classes is 7:50 AM to 12.00 noon.

* Fees for the next quarter to be deposited in the School / Axis Bank till 10^th July 2016.

Admin Block would be open for any support or information on all working days during the summer break from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

* The school reopens on 11^th July 2016 for all classes. (DR to XII)

“Story Telling Competition”

Jai Millennium!

Children have an innate love for stories. Stories create magic and a sense of wonder for the world. Stories teach us about life, about ourselves and about others. Keeping this in view The Millennium School, Bathinda is providing an opportunity to its students to showcase their talents and to develop their personalities and characters through a Story – Telling Competition for classes I to V on 27^th May 2016.

What do the participants have to do ?
* Participation mandatory.

* Narrate a story with a message

* Medium of delivery – English

* Time Limit: 3 – 4 min.

Rubrics – Speech clarity, Confidence & Presentation.
