This is to inform you that as per collector’s orders under measles –Rubella vaccination program, we are offering Rubella vaccination in our school with parent’s consent only. This is for the classes PN-Grade X. If you are willing to do so, kindly fill the consent and send it back to the respective class teacher.
NOTE:- The school is not responsible for the same.
