The Millennium School, Kurukshetra organized the Spring Carnival with extreme enthusiasm. The entire school ground pulsated with exciting game stalls, scintillating music and a lively crowd. The tri-colour blue, white and green balloons transformed the each corner of the playground into a vibrant chateau.   The carnival had something in store for everybody, be it children or adults. The various games stalls viz. Hoopla, Break the Wicket, Matki Phod, Shooter, Check Your Word Power, Memory Game, Tyre Ball, Dart Game, Stick the Tail, Car Race were indeed crowd pullers. The players tested their luck and hence, won various items.  Handicraft, tattoo and books stalls added attractions to the fete. Selfie Corner and Song on demand also proved the crowd pullers. An array of edible delights, commercial corners, raffle draws and exciting prizes ensured an unforgettable time with near and dear ones. A very special segment catering to the interest of the kids  included the Baggi (horse wagon) ride. The Lucky Draws were announced in two rounds in which the winners were awarded  cycle,  microwave, inductions, food processors. Two Bumper Draws were also declared in which a refrigerator and a cycle were presented to the lucky winners. Besides this, various surprising draws remained the centre of attraction throughout the extravaganza. A Cultural Program of classes III-V also added hues to the colourful ambience amidst great vibrancy and elation. The programme commenced with the Welcome Song and Ganesh Vandana. The jovial students exhibited their talent and emotions through their hypnotizing dance and singing presentations. Various dance performances like Natkhat  Dance, Sufi Dance, Funny Dance, Kalbeliya, and Choreography were a specimen of their unmatched zeal and rhythm.  The melodious songs ‘Beautiful Sunday’ and ‘Una Paloma Blanca’ spell bound the spectators. The zest and zeal exhibited by an enthusiastic crowd of visitors and participants made the Spring Carnival  2017-18 a  memorable one. Principal Dr. A. K. Singh expressed his elation on the success of this grand event and expressed his gratitude to the each participant and visitor.
