THE MILLENNIUM SCHOOL, KURUKSHETRA ORGANIZES ADVENTURE ACTIVITY CAMP

An Adventure Activity Camp was organized in the campus of The Millennium School, Kurukshetra on 11 November 2017. Plethora of activities was the attraction of this special day. Hot Air Balloon, Archery, Shooting, Flying Fox, Zorbing Ball, Burma Bridge, Shooting, Trampoline, etc. filled the students and other participants with excitement and anticipation. The school field was totally transformed into an alluring adventure camp. The parents who had accompanied the children appeared equally animated. The instructors demonstrated how each equipment was to be tackled. All the students seemed determined to master the myriad little challenges. Both the boys and the girls displayed equal zeal. The school also cordially invited the needy and destitute children from ‘Vatsalya Vatika’, Kurukshetra as their special guests under the initiative ‘A Smile- That Goes an Extra Mile’. These children enjoyed the ride of the Hot Balloon heartily with their curators. Kurukshetra Deputy Commissioner Mrs. Sumedha Kataria also graced the occasion and appreciated the school for such activities and benevolent endeavours. Principal Dr. A. K. Singh stated that such adventurous camps help the learners to lose their fear, learn discipline and timing as well as use motor skill for better coordination.
