To give an insight into the Millennium Leaning System. A two days workshop was organized for the teachers in The Millennium School, Kurukshetra during 29-30th June 2018. Ms. Uma Balan, Ms. Ajita and Mr. Harsh conducted the workshop to make the participants familiar with the Millennium Learning System and its distinct unique characteristics as also its marked improvement over the traditional teaching skills and methodology. DAY 1: Vision of The Millennium School was discussed. There was a detailed discussion on four pillars of MLS i.e. Developmental Milestones, Skill Based Learning, Sequential Learning and VAK. Various activities were performed by participants.DAY 2: The focus was on DOL, Assessment system, strategies, and teaching methodologies. All the teachers performed a demonstration lecture on any topic and then the scope of improvement in each was discussed.
