The Millennium School, Kurukshetra organized a special Teacher Skill Audit workshop in the school premises.  Mr. Arijit Ghosh from the Education Quality Foundation of India (EQFI) conducted the workshop. The key objective of EQFI is to provide services and resources for improvement in the school education system across the country. In the 21st century it is mandatory to rekindle consciousness about quality in schools to enable them to demonstrate professional responsibility and accountability. It has become crucial in today’s scenario to recognize the best performing institute in education as well. It was explained what the future of education is in the rapidly changing standards of the universe and how to attain it. It is also imperative to comprehend that the best global citizens can be nourished only by fostering individualized education, reflective teaching and effective feedbacks. There were various thought provoking interactive sessions along with brain storming activities. Each teacher introspected his/her teaching personality through SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) Analysis. All the teachers felt themselves benefitted and recharged   after the workshop. Principal Dr. A. K. Singh thanked the guest lecturer and expressed his gratitude toward the EQFI for holding such practically useful workshops for the teachers at certain intervals.
