TMS, KKR CELEBRATES TEACHER’S DAY WITH FIDELITY

Teacher’s day was celebrated with great respect and enthusiasm in The Millennium School, Kurukshetra. A special assembly was organized by the students of class XI on this occasion. The students made all the preparations and decorated the multipurpose hall with extreme love and zeal. They welcomed all the teachers by putting up the badges. Many students presented hand-made cards to them. The celebration started in the MPH of the school after the lunch break. First of all, a tribute was offered to the honourable President, educationist and philosopher Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan . A speech to depict the sanctity of the day was delivered by the class XI student Gurleen Kang. She expressed the deepest gratitude towards the teachers  who put in  their sincere efforts to make each child a successful human being in life.  Khushpreet Kaur and  Harnoor Kaur of class XI as well as Samridhi of class VIII recited poems to appreciate the vital role played by the teachers at every step of life.   Students of classes V and VIII danced on various numbers and spell bound the audience. Various fun games were conducted wherein all the teachers performed the given tasks very interestingly.  A video including the various snapshots of the teachers was also shown on this moment. A cake cutting ceremony was also organized. Principal Dr. A. K. Singh addressed the teachers and the students and stated that a teacher plays a pivotal role in the life of every person. Only a teacher, who is considered the best brain in the world, can guide his students like a torchbearer with an indomitable dedication and determination. Hence, this is the duty of every student to respect a teacher from the core of his heart.
