A workshop on Assessment of Scholastic Skills through Educational Testing (ASSET) was held for the teachers in the school premises. ASSET is basically a yearly diagnostic, skill based, low stakes, high quality benchmarking tool. It assists both students and teachers understand the subject based misconceptions using the comprehensive performance tables, skill profile, strength-weakness analysis and practice questions.  It also provides the student’s school as well as the national performance which further helps them to work upon the areas of improvement by providing the remediation and extended support.  All the queries of the teachers regarding the exam pattern and the implementation of the diagnostic test were satisfied on the spot.
