BASANT PANCHMI AT THE MILLENNIUM SCHOOL, LUCKNOW

Basant Panchmi is a festival celebrated  on the fifth day of the month of Magha. It marks the start of spring. On this day, people worship Goddess Saraswati, the source  of knowledge,  art and culture. The students of The Millennium School celebrated this day with a lot of enthusiasm and fervor. The day started with a prayer in the praise of Goddess Saraswati. Students were apprised about the importance of Goddess Saraswati in their lives. The Principal of the school, Dr. Manjula Goswami,  faculty and students worshiped the Goddess and invoked her blessings. The chants of “ hey shardey maa” reverberated on the air.

 

The Principal of the school, Dr. Manjula Goswami urged the students to remember the Goddess and uphold her teachings. The school staff dressed in yellow and spread a positive aura all around.
