JANMASHTMI CELEBRATION IN THE MILLENNIUM SCHOOL

‘Hathi ghoda palki,jai kanhiya lalki’was being echoed in the whole school.

The students of class 1 and L.M.presented a special assembly on Janmashtmi.Children donned the roles of Lord Sri Krishna and Gopikas amongst the many character related to gokulashtmi.

They won the hearts of the members in the audience by enacting various roles of Sri Krishna from childhood as natkhat bansi,makhan  chor,speaking chasteemphatic hindi dialogues.This event brought awareness amongst the children about the traditional customs while enjoying the pranks of Lord Krishna.

The Principal of the school, Dr.Manjula Goswami praised the efforts of the children.She also emphasized that children should emulate the good qualities of little Krishna.
