National Grandparents Day falls each year on the first Sunday of September. The Millennium School celebrated Grandparents day on 12th September.

The purpose of the flamboyant celebration was to honour senior citizens and to highlight their contribution in nurturing little angels. The school endeavoured to give them an opportunity to show their unselfish affection for their children's children. Small children share a special bond with their grand parents who share lovely fairy tales and inspiring stories with them. They make the youngsters aware of  their strength and motivate them to forge ahead in life.

To mark this special occasion, grandparents were invited to school to spend quality time with their grandchildren and their friends, and also share their valuable experiences with students.

The Principal of the school, Dr Manjula Goswami  extended her warm regards to all the honourable invitees and thanked them for spending their precious time with the children.
