The best protection any woman can have … is COURAGE ”* With the above thought and belief and with a will to put this across, The Millennium School, South City, Lucknow, in collaboration with *Women Power Line 1090,* took an initiative of going to villages to create awareness about crime against women, empowerment of women and other social initiatives. *A Nukkad Natak* was also performed by the teachers which intended to highlight the gender based discrimination and inform the women in the villages of physical safety for women for their social, physical, cognitive and economic growth. With the tagline, *‘Mobile Haath Mein 1090 Saath Mein’,* the street play promoted awareness and motivated women in the villages to raise their voice against what is wrong. The Principal of the school, *Dr. Manjula Goswami,* addressed the people and said that **women are equal contributors to prosperity both economic and social **and it is a collective responsibility that we all have to ensure that women are safe. **She implored the villagers to advocate for change **as collective citizens and build impact in terms of physical safety for women.
