The Annual Concert, Shaan-e-Awadh, of class IV in The Millennium School was held on 28th November,2015 with great enthusiasm equally by the students as well as by performers, parents and guests. The enactment of various types of classical songs and dances, well known and lesser known facts and many more performances led the awestruck audience to the particular era of Wajid Ali Shah and then back to the modern times. An oath was taken by all to preserve the age old culture and heritage.
The Principal of the school, Dr Manjula Goswami appreciated the efforts put in by the students and requested the parents to keep encouraging their children by participating in each and every moment of their lives. She also advised them to take good care of their culture and tradition which they are going to pass onto the future generation.
