The Millennium School, South City, Lucknow, celebrated Raksha Bandhan by conducting a special school assembly marked by usual fervour and gaiety associated with the occasion. It was an inspiring show conducted by the students.The program comprised of a speech and poem followed by a scintillating dance that brightened the atmosphere and the auditorium reverberated with the thunderous applause of the audience, along with a mellifluous song accentuating the love and affection shared between a brother and a sister. The highlight of the event was an enthralling Skit that depicted the significance of the festival of love and protection -Raksha Bandhan.
The Principal of the School ,Dr Manjula Goswami addressed the students with her ever-inspiring words brimming with experience and wisdom.
She laid emphasis on the need to motivate children to think independently and follow their dreams with hard work and diligence.
