A competent workforce is a much desired attribute for any organization. We at The Millennium School, Lucknow abide by strict ‘Quality Management and Control’. To assess our existing standards of human resource and determine the future course of action, a staff assessment was conducted on 28^th February, 2015.

The entire faculty was seen racking their brains finding the best possible answer which would prove their mettle. Each faculty member was assessed on his/her subject knowledge and communication skills. It gave them a golden opportunity for self-evaluation and appraisal.

It was a commendable effort made by the higher authorities for raising the standard of education that The Millennium School, Lucknow is proud of.
