Climate change is real. It is happening right now, it is the most urgent threat facing our entire species and we need to work collectively together and stop procrastinating. To support this thought, the students of The Millennium School, South City , Lucknow enthusiastically participated in the UP Climate Change Conclave 2021 held on 28th October, 2021. The Conclave, held at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan ,was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Yogi Adityanath. Many eminent experts from across the country participated and discussed ways to reduce the impact of climate change. The Conclave provided students a platform to relate to the concerns of environment, which might help to bring a positive impact on society and the world at large. The Principal of the school, Dr. Manjula Goswami implored the youth of today to come forth with innovative and sustainable solutions to help in resolving issues of climate change. The students thoroughly enjoyed the day as they confidently answered questions on Climate change and got a chance to gracefully greet their Chief Minister.
