World AIDS Day is celebrated all over the world to raise awareness towards the spread of the pandemic caused by the HIV infection. Since 1988, World AIDS Day is observed on 1st of December each year. The Millennium School, Lucknow has always encouraged the students to employ their mind rationally and objectively in evaluating and dealing with the given situation. The Literary Club organized a Badge- making Competition which was held in the school premises. Students participated with great vigor and enthusiasm. The badges were a superb example of craftsmanship of the students who revealed their thoughts, fears and concern through their creation. The Principal of the school, Dr Manjula Goswami applauded the efforts of the students and urged them to be good human beings and spread humanism by showing empathy to those who are in distress.
