Annual Exam Circular of Classes IX and XI

Dear Parent,

As notified earlier the Annual Examination of Classes IX and XI are scheduled from 15th February to 28th February 2019.

Points to Note:

  1. Students should report in proper school uniform.
  2. The school timings during the exam days will be from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm. School transport will be available at 2.45 p.m . Students can go back home after the exam provided the duly signed consent slip is sent by 14th February 2019.
  3. Non exam days will be observed as preparatory off for the students i.e 19th, 21st, 26th and 27th February 2019.
  4. BRINGING MOBILE PHONES TO SCHOOL DURING THE EXAMINATIONS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED FOR ALL THE STUDENTS
  5. Annual result for classes IX and XI will be declared on  8th March, 2019
