Dear Parent,
Please note:
1. 1. On 27th and 28th December, 2018 the students will be reporting to sector 41 branch for the final practice of
the Open Day. The timings for these two days will be from 8.30am to 12.30 pm on both the days from
sector 41 branch.
2. 2. All the walker students residing near 119 branch will be dropped in the school premises on both the days.
Parents to pick up their wards from 119 branch at 1:00 pm.
3. 3. On 29th December 2018, school transport will not be available .The parents will be accompanying the
students as per the time slot given to them. However the transport will be provided to the students of
the first slot .The reporting time of these students will be 8.30 am.
4. 4. The students will be served Breakfast, Lunch and Evening snacks packets as per their time slots.
