This is to inform you about the upcoming Health Assessment and Health Education Session for your ward by HealthSetGo at The Millennium School, Noida Sector 41.
Health Assessment will take place at the school premises from 29th August to 2nd September by highly experienced specialist doctors.
Health Assessment will include :
Growth Assessment
Physical Assessment
Dental Assessment
ENT Assessment
Eye Assessment
Educative Health Session on Nutrition and Balanced Diet will be taken by medical experts from Team HealthSetGo on 29th and 30th August for all students in the school premises.
We humbly request you to avoid absenteeism of your ward during these days , as they will lose out on an important educative session and their comprehensive HealthSetGo Health Assessment
