As we are approaching the end of this session, we would like to take a moment to extend our sincere gratitude for your support and cooperation amid the pandemic situation. Your support and goodwill has been much instrumental for us in the continuity of education for all our students. Collectively, we have overcome these unseen challenges.
As a school, we are immensely pleased to have your trust and consent for allowing your ward for offline classes (Grade 6 to 12) from Monday, 10th January 2022. We will work in a hybrid mode till further notice.
The School is committed to observe all necessary measures to ensure your ward’s safety against COVID-19 for the upcoming offline classes.
Please note the following schedule:
1. Winter break: 30th December 2021 to 9th Jan 2022(both days inclusive)
(Grade 12 will follow their winter break schedule as shared earlier)

2. Reopening after winter break: Monday, 10th Jan 2022

Kindly adhere to the following guidelines for a hassle free and safe transition:
Transport
 The transport facility will only be provided to those students who have consented about the same and transport fee will be charged as per the distance through flip learn prior to the commencement of the offline sessions.
 Kindly contact the concerned authorities to resolve your queries concerning the school transport.

 The winter school timings will be 8:45 A.M -2.00 P.M
 For walkers, Parents are required to drop and pick the child from the school as per the timings mentioned above. In case, you permit your ward to leave school with friends/Drivers/Cab, kindly submit the duly signed application in advance to the class teacher mentioning the required details.
General
 It is mandatory for all students to attend school in proper uniform. You may place the order for a new one if required at the uniform counter between 10:00-2:00(on working days) Student should have clean, combed and trimmed hair.
 No entry without mask. Students should maintain proper personal hygiene and cleanliness. They should cut their nails at regular intervals to ensure safety against diseases.
 Students must carry their own water bottles and refreshments as sharing food items and water is strictly prohibited to avoid any unwanted situation.
 Students to maintain physical distancing of 1-2 meters at all times.
 Respiratory etiquettes to be strictly followed. This involves strict practice of covering one’s mouth and nose while coughing/ sneezing with a tissue/ handkerchief/flexed elbow and disposing off used tissues properly. Spitting shall be strictly prohibited.
 Please share your ward’s health concerns immediately with us without any delay. Prefer keeping your ward at home if any symptom appear.
