Parents, you have always been partners in the Holistic growth of students and at the same time your valuable feedback at every juncture has been instrumental in improvising the School systems and processes.
The School Fee is always an integral part of the School. To make the School Fee payment process more timely, smooth and transparent, the Fee collection system in our ERP has been updated wef from 1st July 19. In this new system the last date for Fee Payment of every Quarter has been extended to 15th of the 1st Month of every quarter starting from 1st July, 1st October, &1st January onwards.
In case you miss / forget / delay the fee payment beyond the 15th of the first month of any quarter, the ERP system has been calibrated to disable the Fee payment of your ward. However, for any compelling reasons, if you have been unable to pay by the 15th of the first month of a particular quarter, an authorization code needs to be entered which can be obtained from the Principal’s Office on all working days between 9 am to 2 pm. Delay in payment for two consecutive months will disable the student’s name from the School ERP. Readmission & Fee payment with fine will only be accepted after an approval from the Trustee of the School.
Parents are requested to facilitate and cooperate as always, in implementing the new Fee Management System and be partners in setting the systems and processes in place which will help in smooth functioning of the School. You are requested to pay the fee on time to avoid any inconvenience. Your positive approach towards setting the right processes in place will also help the students imbibe the right value in the years to come.
