Dear Parents, Greetings from The Millennium School, Indore!!
We would wish to convey to you that we love your ward’s celebration of birthday in school, but despite of our constant requests and reminders, the birthday dresses worn by the children at times are inappropriate for school. Therefore, from now onwards school would not allow any civil dress from grades VI onward. They can celebrate their birthday by distributing a maximum of 10rs. Chocolate/ candies/ sweets.
This is to bring to your kind notice that if you want an early departure of your ward from school, kindly give an application prior or inform telephonically before 12 noon. We would not entertain any request of early departure henceforward.
Stay back:- The children will not be allowed to stay back specially for pre primary till 2:40 without a valid reason and permission from the concerned authority. This is to avoid any confusion during departure. If parents want their wards to stay back under special circumstances, then the request should be made 4 days prior.
