Dear Parents, Greetings!

We have our School’s Annual Day scheduled on 7^thDecember 2018, Friday for Grades I- III from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM. You are cordially invited for the same. The practice sessions are going on. There are so many holidays on account of festivals and elections therefore; we are keeping 25^th November 18, Sunday a working day for all the participants.

The timings for the same are as below:-

Grades Pre Nur – II -

Arrival in the school – 9:30 am (Regular)

Departure from the School – 1:15 pm (Kindly adjust the bus timings accordingly)              

NOTE:- 1) The same timings would be followed on 27^th and 29^th Nov 18.

2) 27^th Nov -10^th Dec 18 will be a holiday for non-participants. We are giving day wise assignments to them. Kindly ensure your ward does it.

3) 23^rd Nov. & 28^th Nov.would be holiday on account of Gurunanak Jayanti & Elections respectively.

4) From 11^th December 2018, Tuesday, the school will be functional as a regular working day.

5) On the Annual Day, the children would be handed over to the parents only after the entire program ends.
