We take pride in announcing that we are the only school in Indore who has initiated Student Insurance Poilcy. We would like to inform you, that all students of our school have been covered under HealthSetGo Accidental Insurance Policy for the session 2019-20. Every student has a unique HSG ID.

HealthSetGo is Rs. 1 Lakh Accidental Insurance Policy especially curated for The Millennium School students 24/7 in collaboration with Bharat AXA General Insurance Ltd and Optima. Being a HealthSetGo School parent, you can claim this Insurance for your students with their HealthSetGo ID.
An accidental insurance covers all accidents which may include the following cases and more :
· Fractures · Stitches · Ligament/Muscle Sprain · Deep Cuts / Laceration / Wounds · Burns
· Accidental Trauma

Upon an accident of the child :
1. Claim upto Rs.50,000 may be reimbursed for IPD ( On Accidental Hospitalisation )
2. Claim upto Rs.10,000 may be reimbursed for OPD ( Not requiring Accidental Hospitalisation )
3. Ambulance called for the accident would be reimbursed upto Rs. 2000 per event.
4. The Claim can be made for upto Rs. 1 Lakh applicable on Accidental loss of Life.
5. Education cover upto Rs.1 Lakh in case of accidental parental loss

1. This policy can be claimed 24/7 .
2. This policy is applicable worldwide.
3. This policy is a reimbursement policy , hence going to a specific Hospital is not required! You may visit the closest Hospital or Clinic and send the Bills for reimbursement.
Making Your Claim
1. On occurrence of an event, detailed information must be sent to the Insurer in writing within 7 days at pooja.singh@optima.co.in , Himanshi.gupta@optima.co.in , insurance@healthsetgo.co.in
2. To enable us to process your claim, the following information is required at the time of notification :
· Policy Number
· Name of the Student & Unique ID
· Contact details
· Circumstances of the accident/loss
· Date/Place of accident/loss
· Short description of the loss

Quick Reference Guide
1. Do I have an Unique ID/ Identification Or Policy Number?
a. Yes! Every child enrolled with the HealthSetGo program has a unique HealthSetGo ID. This ID
will be provided to your School by HealthSetGo.
2. Is this Policy Cashless?
a. This is a Reimbursement Policy wherein the amount will be reimbursed to you after the claim is made!
3. When do I have to report the Incident to the Insurance Company?
a. Intimation of Incident via phone and email should be reported within 24 hours on the details given.
4. When do I have to submit the Documents?
a. All claim related documents should be submitted within maximum 15 days of discharge from the hospital or for OPD, once the treatment is completed to the mailing address given below.
5. When will my claim be reimbursed?
a. The claim settlement takes 15 working days from the date of receiving the documents subject to no further query been raised.
