Dear Parents,
The school proposes to organize an educational cum recreational visit to Mumbai - Goa in the month of October 2015. If you are interested to send your ward for the aforesaid educational excursion, kindly fill in the consent form given below and pay the required tour fee. We have organized this with Edterra Edventures.
JOURNEY ITINERARY* (8 Night/9 Days)
DAY ONE
Evening departure from Indore to Mumbai at 16:25 hrs
(Tentatively by Avantika Express-Train no. 12962) **
Overnight train journey to Mumbai (Dinner on the Train to be arranged by School)
DAY TWO
Early morning arrival in Mumbai.
Check in to hotel followed by breakfast
Journey orientation
Sightseeing in Mumbai
Visit the Nehru Planetarium, Haji Ali and the Gateway of India.
Spend the evening at the famous Juhu beach.
Dinner at the hotel and night’s rest.
DAY THREE
Breakfast in the hotel followed by checkout
Head to Adlabs Imagica
Late evening arrival at the Railway Station
Overnight train to Goa (Mangalore Express- Departure: 22:0 hrs)**
DAY FOUR
Morning arrival in Goa
Check in to hotel
Breakfast followed by room allotment
Get acquainted with the beautiful surroundings and take a walk on the beach.
Lunch
Visit the famous Aguada Fort
Experience the famous beaches of Candolim and Aguada where exciting water sports** such as parasailing, jet skiing, water scooters and more may be enjoyed.
Work on journey output
Dinner and night’s rest
DAY FIVE
Breakfast
Visit the nearby beach for some fun and indulge in a friendly Sand Castle Building Competition
Lunch at the hotel
Visit the exciting Spice Plantation where students will the exotic world of Indian spices which brought the Portuguese to this land. Spice Hunt Activity
Travel to Old Goa and explore different facets of this beautiful state. Visit the Se Cathedral, which is the largest church in Goa, built in 1619. Also visit the famous Basilica of Bom Jesus Church and then head to the Mangeshwari Temple
Return to hotel for dinner and night’s rest
DAY SIX
Breakfast at the hotel
Work on journey output, ‘Looking 2 Learning’
Spend some fun time at the nearby beach to enjoy the sparkling ocean, and complete sea shell craft
Lunch at the hotel
Explore the capital city of Panjim
Experience the famous Dona Paula. Activity: A Love Story in a Portuguese Paradise
Sunset cruise down the River Mandovi. Enjoy on-board entertainment traditional dances such as the Dekni Temple Dance, the Fugdi Dance and the Corredinho Dance. While on the river cruise enjoy the views of some grand historical architectural building like Reis Magos Church, the Reis Magos Fort and the Cabo Raj Bhavan
DJ Night at hotel
Dinner followed by night’s rest
DAY SEVEN
Breakfast and pack up for departure
Visit the beautiful beaches of Anjuna and Vagator
Lunch at the hotel
Work on the journey output
Certificate distribution
Depart for Madgaon Railway Station to catch the overnight train to Mumbai (Mumbai Madgaon Express) at 21:50 hrs**
DAY EIGHT
Early morning arrival in Mumbai (Lokmanya Tilak Railway Station) at 6:35 hrs
Transfer to Hotel (for fresh & change only)
Check in followed by breakfast
Lunch
Departure for Mumbai Central Railway Station
Catch late evening train back to Indore (Avantika Express 12961) at 19:05 hrs**
DAY NINE
Afternoon arrival in Indore at 09:00 hrs.
Educational excursion cost: 27500/- (Rupees Twenty Seven thousand, Five hundred only/-)
Service Include: All meals, travel, accommodation and sightseeing mentioned in itinerary, entrance fees where required.

NOTE:- There is a proposed International tour also to Singapore – Malaysia whose itinerary would be shared with you soon.
