Greetings from The Millennium School!

Diwali is the festival of lights, of giving and sharing, of love and joy! It heralds the
onset of winters, and one can see everyone gearing up for the festival-cleaning their
houses, making namkeens and sweets and shopping for new clothes. The Millennium
School, Sector-119, Noida, believes in celebrating each festival with full fervor and
excitement and so, following competition has been organized for the students of
Grade V & VI.
BANDHANWAR MAKING
Children would be making bandhanwar using flowers, petals, leaves, wool etc. Grading
criteria for the same would be:
• Creativity
• Neatness
• Aesthetic Sense
• Overall Presentation
Also, please note following points:
❖ The competition would be conducted during 1st period on 22nd October 2021
❖ Students can wear traditional attires on that day
❖ The photographs of the bandhanwar should reach the class teacher by 3 PM on
22nd October 2021
❖ No late entries would be accepted
