Millennium School, Amritsar celebrated the Annual Function 'The Millennium Dreams- Return to the Roots' on the 11th of February 2023 with great zeal and fervour. The entire show was based on the theme 'I AM UNIQUE', which was showcased by the students of Grade 3 to 6 through electrifying performances amidst vibrant hues, great zeal, vibrancy, and elation. It emphasised how unique each of our children is and how important it is for us to respect that. We must stop speculating about our children's future professions. Children naturally learn, grow, and develop in an atmosphere that is generally free and stimulating, and they must be allowed enough room to pursue their interests.
The function took place in the auspicious presence of the Chief Guest Dr Inderbir Singh Nijjar, Cabinet Minister, Government of Punjab and Mr. Jagjit Singh Walia, SSP, NRI, Amritsar, Esteemed Director of The Millennium Schools Mr. Abhinav Dhar, Principal Ms. Shailja Tandon, Guests of Honour Mr. Jagjit Singh, Mr. Sukhjinder Singh, Mrs Amrita Nulwa, Mr Hardeep Singh Nalwa, Mrs Saskhi Singhal and Mr Abhishek Singhal along with the Vice Principal Mrs Nandini Malhotra and General Manager Operations Mr. Jaspreet Singh Walia.
The festivities began with the Annual Prize Distribution, which was a moment of pride and honour for all of the school's winners and achievers. Prizes were given to students in both academic and co-curricular areas. The audience was taken aback by the little rockstars' grandiose play and scintillating dance performances. The Millennium School's 'Hall of Inspiration' reverberated with thunderous applause extolling the performers with overwhelming love and support.
The festivities rode to final crescendo by the precious words of advice and appreciation by the honourable Chief Guest, Esteemed Director and Worthy Principal. The Millenniumites were lauded with accolades for their spectacular performances and diligence.
