This is to apprise you that we are conducting the first Parent-Teacher Meeting
of the academic session 2021-22 on Saturday, 3rd July 2021 to discuss and evaluate your
ward’s progress and overall performance.

Details of the PTM are as follows:
• PTM will be conducted on Microsoft Teams.
• Once the meeting begins parents will be added by the class teacher as per their time
slot.
• Parents are expected to wait in the lobby for their turn.
• Please find the attached PTM time slot with this circular.
